Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received you will be issued a merchandise refund for a Gold Cactus E-Gift card sent to the email attached to your order.

  • The customer is responsible for initiating the return process within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned within 14 calendar days from when a return was requested.
  • Return shipping costs are customer responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Any order placed before scheduled sale dates is not eligible for a price adjustment. We do not offer any price adjustments.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
All orders place after May 1, 2024 will be issued a merchandise refund for a Gold Cactus E-Gift card sent to the email attached to your order. Please make sure your email is correct. You will be notified when your refund is complete.
